Deep and dark in personality a dense core of spicy fruit, excellent complexity and fine, powdery tannins.

Aromatically it leans towards morello cherry, cranberry and a little rhubarb, with dried thyme and a twist of black pepper sitting behind the fruit. The palate follows the same line — tart red berries, a hint of blood orange, then something earthier and more savoury through the middle.

Bright red cherry and a touch of spice, with silky texture and fresh acidity. Magnum size, made for sharing.

Heady aromatics of cranberry, spiced cherry and forest coolness.

The palate is expansive and lengthy, coated with fine grain tannin and raspberry and pomegranate flavour.

Great persistence and structure indicate good medium-term cellaring.
