The 2022 Château Brane-Cantenac opens with a tightly wound bouquet that gradually reveals layers of blackberry, crushed stone, peony, and cracked black pepper. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with finely chiseled tannins, offering a precise and focused structure. The wine showcases a harmonious balance of rich black fruits, tobacco, and spice, culminating in a powerful, long-lasting finish. This vintage exemplifies the elegance and depth characteristic of Brane-Cantenac's Margaux terroir.

Tasmania has a justified reputation for producing world class Pinot Noir wines – and we like to think we have contributed to this reputation! Meticulous work in the vineyard to lower bunch yields as well as careful handling in the winery (including a variable portion of whole bunch use) result in a Pinot Noir that is on the bold side – or as some have said, a Pinot Noir for Shiraz drinkers!

The wine offers a complex array of fruit aromas of plum, dark red fruits and forest floor.

Bress Silver Chook Pinot Noir has fruit flavours of dark red fruits and forest floor. The oak characters are integrated into the wine and add a savoury richness.

Excellent colour with medium to deep density and purple hues. Lovely sweet cedar and blackcurrant notes from the Cabernet and background vanillin and nutmeg from the French oak. Sweet fruit up front on the palate with Turkish Delight and dark pastille flavours. Fine tannins carry to finish. An immensely enjoyable wine that will reward cellaring.

Lovely bright youthful colour on release at 18 months. Fragrant almost floral aromas coupled with soft vanillin and red fruit on entry. The French oak is very much in the background, however adds enough flavour to give great complexity and length. A classic medium bodied Shiraz with fine, long tannins to the end.

This is a classic style chardonnay but one of the good ones that survived past the 80's!

The burn cottage estate pinot noir is a pale ruby coloured wine, It tastes of cherry, rasberry and spicey wild strawberry. This wine is very concentrated and intense with the scent of sweet fruits. This wine is best served with beef and poultry.

SUPER LIMITED! Lifted notes of bright red and blue fruits, violets and earthy spice, along with aniseed and darker herbals - the textural palate is elegant with a supple mouthfeel and structural tannins.

Burn Cottage Moonlight Race Pinot Noir shows enticing bright fruit notes with cherry, rosehip and spice box aromas, but there are also rich earth and dark savoury notes here.

The palate is one of elegance, concentration and power, while supple, harmonious tannins give wonderful persistence to the wine.
