Abbaye de Santenay 1er Cru 'Gravières' is a unique wine with aromas of cherry and rasberry. The taste is fresh and is paired well with veal or beef.

Abbaye de Santenay 1er Cru 'Comme' has the scent of stone fruit, apriots and other sweet fruits. It anticipates a complex palet with the taste of concentrated fruit. It is best paired with pasta and rich fish such as salmon and tuna.

The 2021 has elements of Alain Graillot's Crozes (peppery, fruit-forward Syrah) combined with warming, baked fruit and spice notes that transport the drinker to North Africa. You don't have to accompany it with a tagine, but your guests will probably appreciate it if you make the effort!
