The Domaine Jamet is managed by Jean-Paul Jamet and his wife Corinne. Jean Paul took over from his father in 1991. According him, the character of the wine comes from vines planted in 25 separate vineyards on the Cote Blonde and Cote Brune. Jamet is a beefy, animalistic, masculine, structured, peppery and powerful style of Côte-Rôtie that ages well and develops complexity with time.

 Domaine Jean-Marc Bouley's Pommard 1er Cru Les Rugiens 2017 is a classic example of the power and elegance that can be found in Burgundy's best Pinot Noir wines. This wine offers a rich and complex bouquet of dark cherries, blackberries, and raspberries, along with hints of spices, leather, and earthy notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with a firm structure and well-integrated tannins that lead to a long and persistent finish.

This Pommard offers aromas of black cherry, raspberry, and earthy notes, with hints of vanilla and spice from oak aging. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with firm tannins and bright acidity, providing structure to the ripe fruit flavors. This wine can be enjoyed now with decanting or can be aged for up to 10 years. It pairs well with grilled or roasted meats, hearty stews, and strong cheeses.
 

On the palate, this wine is medium-bodied with silky tannins and a lively acidity, delivering flavors of ripe red and black fruits, along with notes of earth, forest floor, and a touch of smokiness. The finish is long and complex, with a lingering fruitiness and a subtle mineral character.

A fresh and textural 2023 Santenay Vieilles Vignes that marries crunchy red fruit with fine structural grip.

Attractive fruit on the palate, medium length, only a slight firmness, really cheerful pinot.

This 100% Trousseau is a light bodied red wine showing a real elegance and complexity. Aromas of cherries on the nose, with a touch of spice and earthy characters. The palate is light, balanced, with still a great purity of aged fruits and spice with a light structure of tannin.
