A superb and elegant Cabernet Sauvignon (mainly as it has a few other grapes in the mix).

55% Merlot, 34% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Petit Verdot, 4% Malbec. Everything is hand picked and sorted by mechanical sorting line, then fermented at a relatively cool temperature to accentuate the aromatics and brightness. The wine spent 20 days on skins, before being moved to French oak barrels, of which 20% are new and then aged for 14 months prior to bottling.

Dry River Pinot Noir typically exhibits aromas of dark cherry, raspberry, and spice with subtle notes of earth and forest floor. On the palate, the wine is rich and textured with a silky mouthfeel, balanced acidity, and fine tannins. It is a medium-bodied wine that is perfect for pairing with roasted meats, game, and mushroom-based dishes.

Spice, pepper, cloves and liquorice, are mixed with cherry, fruit of the forest, Bram berry compote and floral notes. A smooth and elegant entrance is followed by a silken soft texture building towards the back, where the tannins interact playfully with the acidity. This creates a linear and straight palate shape. More powerful fruit, such as plum and cassis carry a considerable weight. 

On the nose, The Twelve Spies has aromas of dark fruit, blackberries, and plums, along with hints of spice and floral notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and complex, with flavors of black cherry, black pepper, and herbs. The tannins are firm and well-structured, giving the wine a long and satisfying finish.

Medium dark red hue with youthful purple tint. Lifted aromatics of toasted hazelnuts and spice. The palate is fresh and restrained with a mineral and fresh spice focus, underlaid with a gentle sweet fruit finish.

On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and complex, with flavors of black fruit, licorice, and a touch of vanilla. The tannins are firm yet refined, providing structure and balance to the wine.

Very deep colour, ruby red with purplish reflections. Aromas of blackcurrant and vanilla buds. The finish is liquorice and spicy. This wine is the example of a racy wine which knows how to remain seductive. It is an excellent wine to keep.
