Our Garnacha wine offers aromas of ripe blueberries with a spicy undercurrent and a fresh, medium-bodied character with soft tannins. The ripe grapes are nearly as good as the wine! Every year we race to harvest the grapes before the acentors, our local, small, brown birds, eat too many.
The wine has a bright ruby red color and aromas of red berries, spices, and a hint of earthiness. On the palate, it is dry, medium-bodied, and well-structured, with flavors of red fruits, herbs, and a touch of minerality. The tannins are firm yet elegant, and the finish is long and persistent.
On the palate, it's an explosion of red fruit, leather, undergrowth, and spices. The wine's complexity, combined with the well-present mineral character of the terroir, makes it irresistible. The tannins are perfectly balanced, and a fresh acidity carries this wine with great length and beautiful elegance.

The aromatics are vibrant, fresh, expressive, and bold with both floral and fruit-driven characteristics provoking intrigue and delight in equal parts. The palate is bold and confident yet elegant and refined and displays all the traits that place Barossa Valley Shiraz in such high regard around the world.
Juicy blackberry and plum flavours, with hints of spice and a smooth finish.
