The 2019 vintage is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, with a deep ruby color and aromas of dark fruits, blackberry, blackcurrant, and a hint of cedar. On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied, with firm tannins and a long finish. The 2019 vintage experienced ideal weather conditions, with a hot summer followed by a cooler September that allowed the grapes to reach optimal ripeness while retaining freshness and acidity.

This wine walks the middle ground between being fruit driven and more complex and structured. Each of the contributing clones, 114, 115 and MV6; bring a unique character to the wine. Ideal ripening conditions and minimal yields have also contributed a level of complexity and a bright ruby red colour which further enhance the length and ageability of the wine. The texture is rich and structured with soft tannins and a good acid finish.
