The wine is aged for 24 months in oak barrels, followed by 12 months of bottle aging before release. It has a deep ruby color and aromas of red berries, cherries, and floral notes. On the palate, it is complex and full-bodied, with flavors of dark fruit, spice, and tobacco, complemented by firm tannins and a long finish.

On the nose, this wine offers aromas of red cherries, raspberries, violets, and a hint of spice. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with a good balance of acidity and tannins, making it a versatile wine to pair with a variety of foods, such as grilled meats, pasta dishes, and cheeses.

Rochford Wines Estate Pinot Noir exhibits brightly lit flavours of small red and blue fruits and gentle oak extend down a fine-grained spine towards a finely balanced finish of length and suppleness.

And what a brilliant example this is - Rookery Wine Petit Verdot is perhaps our favourite!

What a fantastic Cabernet Sauvignon - Rookery Cabernet Sauvignon has aged very well - chocolate texture but savoury (not sweet) - delicious!  Incredible at this price.

Seductive on the palate, evolving into a wine with excellent structure, made of velvet textured tannins a complex and persistent finish.

Complex and concentrated - a full bodied wine with fine tannins - a delicious Duoro! 

Organic, unfiltered, no sulfites - give this wine a little air and enjoy the brusk aromas, flavours and tannins!

An organic, zero sulfite, soft tannin, juicy light red wine made in the traditional “semi-carbonic-maceration” fermentation, as is done with Gamay in the french Beaujolais, except here with warm climate Shiraz, Mourvedre, Grenache and Carignan.
