Pale straw in colour with green tints. Fresh, lifted aromas of citrus blossom, red apples and freshly baked pastries. The palate is bright, fresh and delicate, this is a light-bodied sparkling wine with flavours of citrus and brioche.

Watermelon pink in colour. A heady and exotic mix of aromas covering the floral and tropical fruit spectrum; pink flowers, lychees and musk. The palate is light and lively with strawberry gelato, musk, tropical fruit flavours and a dash of sherbet fizz. Subtly sweet on the mid palate, the finish is crisp and refreshing.
