Fermented the parcel in closed stainless steel potters for 10 days on skins.
Maturation occurred in a mixture of new and one year old French puncheons
and large 500 gallon American oak vats.
This outstanding vintage produced a wine with dense colour and blackberry,
mocha, vanilla and sweet spice aromas.
The palate is seamlessly integrated with fruit and oak.
