Abbaye de Santenay 1er Cru 'Comme' has the scent of stone fruit, apriots and other sweet fruits. It anticipates a complex palet with the taste of concentrated fruit. It is best paired with pasta and rich fish such as salmon and tuna.

On the palate, Abbaye de Santenay Blanc Sous La Roche is fresh and elegant with a good balance between acidity and fruit. The citrus notes are prominent, and there are also hints of white peach and apricot. The wine has a medium body with a pleasant and persistent finish.

The 2021 has elements of Alain Graillot's Crozes (peppery, fruit-forward Syrah) combined with warming, baked fruit and spice notes that transport the drinker to North Africa. You don't have to accompany it with a tagine, but your guests will probably appreciate it if you make the effort!

On the palate, it is medium-bodied yet deeply textured, offering vibrant cranberry and stone fruit flavors underpinned by iodized minerality and a structured frame from Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah. A lingering, gently textured finish combines herbal tones and saline freshness, making it elegantly expressive and distinct among Provence rosés.

Very expressive and perfumed and made in pure juicy and early drinking style Cabernet Franc.

Very fresh and fine with lovely light texture and very little tannin this is a perfect wine for spring and summer and early drinking.
