The 2023 Jean Foillard Morgon Côte du Py opens with a vibrant nose of ripe red berries—raspberry, cherry, and strawberry—interlaced with earthy undertones of crushed stone and subtle floral hints. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and silky, showcasing a juicy core of red fruits complemented by fine, chalky tannins and a lively acidity. The finish is long and elegant, marked by a persistent minerality and a touch of spice, reflecting the wine's Beaujolais terroir and aging potential.
