A collaboration between two of the great wine making families of Italy: Gaja and Graci an awesome example of a quality red wine from Mount Etna

An irresistible Rosé of pale salmon hues with a fine, energetic bead. Its vibrant bouquet of Pink Lady apple skin, juicy red Comice pear and grapefruit unfolds above meandering notes of light malt and delicate almond biscotti. Brut Rosé dances along the palate with accents of pomegranate, mandarin, freshly gathered raspberry and pink peppercorn, espoused by a confident, refined mousse. A touch of Kaffir Lime zest and subtle French oak completes the refreshingly poised finish.

A light, elegant form is revealed in the fine, even bead and the soft, pale yellow hue with subtle green reflections. The voluminous mousse is enhanced by an ethereal minerality creating an enticing palate where fruit vibrancy and layers of captivating freshness achieve delightful harmony. Lifted nuances of struck match and ocean sea spray fade to reveal expansive aromas of blood orange, rhubarb and gingernut biscuit followed by an undercurrent of freshly steamed Jasmine rice and uplifting lime. A delicate citrus-infused acidity completes the exuberantly moreish saline finish.
