The 2016 Chablis Villages, matured for 14 months in stainless steel, has a detailed, wet-stone bouquet that unfolds nicely in the glass. The palate is well balanced, with crisp acidity, fine tension and admirable sappiness that keeps the taste buds salivating. I like the uncompromising nature of this Chablis village. This really is quite superb for a village cru.

This 100% Trousseau is a light bodied red wine showing a real elegance and complexity. Aromas of cherries on the nose, with a touch of spice and earthy characters. The palate is light, balanced, with still a great purity of aged fruits and spice with a light structure of tannin.
Lively Jura Chardonnay: citrus zest, green apple crunch, and a salty, mineral finish.

Subtle nose of white stone fruit, fresh hazelnut, almond and hint of butter.

The palate is finely structured, light to medium bodied with fresh fruits, fine spices and a long finish.
Subtle nose of white stone fruit, fresh hazelnut, almond and hint of butter.

Powerful aromas of red fruits - a balanced palate of ripe fruit, freshness & roundness.
Zesty lime and green apple, with a flinty minerality and a crisp, dry finish.
The Domaine Serge Laloue Sancerre Blanc has a freshness and intensity in the aroma of the Laloue Sancerre Blanc. Clean and fresh on the palate. Match with seafood, charcuterie, grilled fish and goats cheese.
A graceful chardonnay woven with whispers of new French oak

Made up of approximately 75% Mourvedre, combined with Grenache, Cinsault and a hint (2%) of old Carignan.
This fruity, well balanced wine can be enjoyed after 3 or 4 years, but develops extremely pleasant tertiary aromas (leather, animal and undergrowth) with further ageing.
