Brilliant bright crimson red with purple hues. An intensely aromatic and highly perfumed wine with blue fruits and exotic spice dominating the aromas.

Light but bright crimson in colour. Red berries including raspberry and mulberry feature on the nose and palate, where there is the slightest hint of strawberry as well.

Meerea Park Indie Shiraz Pinot flavour is clean, wonderfully medium-bodied with enviable length and poise.

Meltwater Pinot Noir has generous aromatics of red fruits and attractive florals.

The palate is succulent, juicy and bright with vibrant red fruits, a whiff of smoke and a smack of sappiness adding interest and depth.

Michael Hall just doesn't miss. Perfectly balanced, poised, the '22 Stonewell Road just picked up 98/100 from Decanter, naming it 2022's best Barossan Shiraz. 

A blend of Eden Valley Semillon, Barossa Valley Roussanne and Eden Valley Muscat à petits grains from the Stonegarden vineyard. High winter rains preceded a very cool spring. Late budburst, flowering and a cool autumn combined for an extremely late vintage. All barrel fermented (10% on skins) and matured on lees for nine months. 1700 bottles produced

The Roussanne grape owes its name to the reddish or russet bloom it develops on its skin as it reaches full maturity. This grape is late ripening and ideally suited to the Barossa climate. Fair winter rains were punctuated by a rare hailstorm in late October, damaging some young shoots and reducing yields. There followed a mild summer. Hand picked on 17th March, pressed and wild yeast fermented. Matured on lees for nine months in tank and French oak puncheons (28% new, Damy). Fined, filtered and bottled. 2240 bottles produced.

The Mawson Road Vineyard in Lenswood has a steep south-westerly aspect and sits at an elevation of 560m at its highest point. It’s planted to four of the classic Pinot clones (777, 114, 115, MV6) and this combination of ultra-cool site and clonal diversity offers a wine of great drive and complexity. High winter rains preceded a very cool spring. Late budburst, flowering and a cool autumn combined for a late vintage. Hand-picked on the 13th of April, wild yeast fermented in open fermenter and closed puncheon, 40% whole bunch, matured for 11 months in French oak (40% new, Francois Frères). Unfined. 1295 bottles produced. 

Sourced from the lilliputian Aesctun vineyard at 500m elevation and Gully Road at 550m elevation. Adelaide Hills vineyards at such elevations belong in a rarified group of extremely cool climate sites ideally suited to the Pinot Noir grape. High winter rains preceded a very cool spring. Late budburst, flowering and a cool autumn combined for a late vintage. Hand-picked on the 4th, 20th and 24th of April, wild yeast fermented in closed puncheon and open fermenter, 10% whole bunch, matured for 11 months in French oak (30% new, Francois Frères). Unfined. 1360 bottles produced.

Fair winter rains were punctuated by a rare hailstorm in October, reducing yields. Handpicked from Stonewell Road, Smyth Road and Flaxman’s Valley. 88% destemmed, 12% whole bunch, wild fermented, pressed to French oak (36% new, Saury, Vicard, Saint Martin), matured for 20 months in barrel. 4320 bottles produced.
