Pale straw in colour, Angas displays distinctive varietal fruit characters. The Pinot Noir has strawberry cream and biscuit characters which gain complexity "en tirage". Chardonnay contributes finesse and length with a hint of citrus fruits. Nutty yeast characters add complexity and texture, malolactic fermentation adds creamy mouth feel and the cleansing acidity finishes with a hint of toasty, strawberry flavours.
A vibrant, hot-pink Moscato, the aromas of this wine exude a heady and exotic mix redolent of pink flowers, lychee, musk and spice. On the palate the wine is light and refreshing, bursting with lemon sherbet and berry fruit flavours. Although subtly sweet on the mid palate, the finish is crisp and fresh.
