Clean pale yellow with hints of green and a nice brilliance. Aromas of crisp, ripe fruits and powerful, toasted bread, fresh almonds and hints of fresh butter. Lots of finesse, elegance, white flowers and some mineral. Long on the palate, rich and elegant at the time. Very nice, dense and concentrated, powerful with the beautiful complexity of the vintage. Ripe and crisp with a touch of exotic.

Chateau Fuissé

Pouilly-Fuissé Tête de Cuvée / 2021 / 750mL

Light pale yellow colour with hints of green, nice and clear. Crisp and ripe aroma, citrus, apples and lemon, almonds and smoked hazelnuts. Hints of mineral and good freshness. Fresh and forward, nice richness to the mid-palate, very classic in its definition. Lots of ripe fruits, almonds, some delicate oak, and a light smokiness. Harmony: A complete wine with nice mineral and roundness. Good intensity, fresh with a nice volume.

The colour is a pale yellow and hints of green. Nice and clean. Aromas are intense ripe fruit, peaches, apple, citrus and white flowers. Fresh and mineral. The wine is rich, ripe, crisp and fresh. Very nice mineral towards the end.. Balanced and fresh, big in structure. Very impressive.

Chateau Haut Brion

Chateau Haut-Brion 1er G.C.C, 1855 / 2006 / 750mL

Its colour is a very deep red. The nose, at first reserved, opens up softly and slowly. Notes of minerals are followed by red berries, then an earthy whiff dominated by an aroma of fresh ground coffee beans. Before you know it the wine charms you with all of its incredible complexity. The mouth is silky. The treatment of this vintage's special tannins renders them astonishingly suave. Their freshness carries them along eventually towards an unending length on the palate.

With a history that dates back to 1660 when it was served at the table of King Charles II, Château Haut-Brion has maintained its position as a legendary wine estate. This exceptional blend is crafted from 45% Merlot, 44% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 9% Cabernet Franc, complemented by a touch of Petit Verdot. The grapes are hand-harvested and sorted multiple times, resulting in limited yields and a 22-month maturation in new oak barrels. The wine exhibits velvety notes of ripe blackcurrant and a mineral profile, showcasing the finesse that is synonymous with Haut Brion. In exceptional vintages, it can age for decades, with standout years like 1961 and 1989 solidifying its place among the world's greatest red wines.

The color is dense and deep. The nose is precise and sumptuous. Aromas of red and black berries mingle with a minty touch. On the palate, the tannins are fine and coated with aromas of blackberry and raspberry. The palate is full and silky. A very long finish with an incredible depth.
