Crisp and elegant Chardonnay with citrus fruit, subtle oak, and a long, satisfying finish.
Lifted aromas of sour cherries and wild raspberries spill from the glass and as the wine opens, more savory herbal aromas begin to shine, leading to a bright and refreshing palate with notes of red currant, wild herbs and dried roses.
Bright red cherry and forest floor, silky tannins and a fresh, savoury finish. Elegant pinot from Pemberton.
A savoury, medium-bodied Pemberton Shiraz with peppery, cool-climate character.
The delicate nose is reminiscent of almond blossoms and marzipan. A good depth of fruit on the palate, nicely balanced by a zingy acidity that enhances its long length allows this to be a highly drinkable Soave.
This cuvée showcases the great terroir of Cramant Grand Cru and one plot of Chouilly Grand cru called Montaigu (separated from Cramant by a small road) … Very complex and balanced blending between minerality, elegance and finesse. The 2009 is considered one of the Domaine’s reference vintages.
